You're basically yelling to the market that your company hates combining progress and their product is easily copied despite their wishes anyway.Nobody wants to use a product that's bad and nobody wants to pay to allow you to retain exclusivity.Consumers want the best results from the combined efforts of everyone.If proprietary vendors like this don't submit they will die.
