Time to install lubuntu and install windows 7 mini os on my 4050 laptop so I can finally have a non bloated windows that works.

Unfortunately I don't think there are drivers for RTX 4050 compatible with Win7.

How can you get newer hardware to work with windows 7? Njudea didn't release drivers for 40 series and later, and GAyMD didn't either (for the RX 7000 series and later).

why not debian with lxqt?
ubuntu bases use more systemd binaries than debian and end up more bloated by default.

I assume he installs the linux drivers and passes them through kvm or something.
I do admit I'm talking out of my ass though and not sure that's possible or not.
