To make a proper replacement you need to do three things: 1, avoid persistent user accounts. The reward for 'points' and reputation is trash. 4ch's single best feature is persistent id's within a singel thread but not elsewhere. 2. aggressively ban all degenerate content, porn, etc. this keeps a lot of problems away. normal people who want to see some tit pics can find them elsewhere. 3. range ban India
