My father is a small business owner, and a lot of his time is spent billing out invoices on QuickBooks. Just from watching what he does, the job seems like it'd be perfect to delegate to an AI assistant. I was thinking about gifting him a Mac mini one of these days and helping him set it up so he could have some more free time. Is this a good idea?

>>109359070Use Claude cowork, and a $20 subscription. Anthropic has the QuickBooks connector already, and there is an official mcp server if that doesn't do enough. I set this up for my parents small business too, trust me, it's easier for them and when they run into issues they have Claude help them
