good article. is your implication that the vaccine is causing this because I didn't get the vaccine and I feel the same way...

Using ChatGPT makes you retardedIn first of its kind, a preliminary MIT study of brain scans shows that using LLMs results in 47% reduction in brain connectivity.>Over four months, LLM users consistently underperformed at neural, linguistic, and behavioral levels. When researchers forced ChatGPT users to write without AI, they performed worse than people who never used AI at all.>LLM users also struggled to accurately quote their own work.83.3% of ChatGPT users couldn't quote from essays they wrote minutes earlier.Sample size: 54Link to the paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/2506.08872

I've come to believe that underlying systemic inflammation, ignored by most people because it isn't fully debilitating, is the cause of things like depression and brain fog and other cognitive function maladies. You simply don't have these problems when you're healthy and most people, myself included, can barely remember what being healthy feels like when they're at their worst. An exhaustive blood work panel and GI health stool assessment, combined with a frontier LLM acting as a functional medicine specialist providing analysis to be used as reference (and not medical advice!), would fix most people. I dropped 40lbs and fixed my brain fog just by focusing on fixing the problems uncovered by testing, without visiting a single doctor, in under a year. Mostly gut health.

>>109363066this is both the cause and the use case. well done anon.>>109367628wrong. for a male peak acuity is somewhere between 32-35 but, depending on overall physical health conditions, the decline can be gradual and assuming that you made good use of your sharper years then prior experience helps compensate for diminishing acuity.
>>109367681try to think of the brain as similar to a muscle. If you don't do heavy thinking on a regular basis, then it weakens. the older you are then the faster it starts to weaken from inactivity and the longer it takes to strengthen it with activity.Simple example: people overly reliant on GPS never seem to know the way home without it.
Black coffee and cigs still do the job for me. Maybe if you can't lock in for a few hours at a time software engineering isn't for you?
