Professional game 3d artist here. My question is why? Do you mean working directly on the phone or to make things for phone. I'm not sure any of the programs are available for android
I would suggest an emulator for 86box and downloading old pro programs like 3d studio max for windows 98 or just a sculpting program idk is nomad sculpt on mobile? It's multiple choice. Idk kais power tools and bryce 3d would be dope as mobile apps. File types are all still psd and obj anyway. Just dont uv or texture on it.
