There is no solution. It's never been more over.
Stop being a bitch, install LTSC, and/or run WinUtil. Win11 itself is a fine OS, and if the GUI part is what throws you off, there's StartAllBack, Open-Shell, RetroBar, Windhawk, or you could just stop being a bitch and use it as-is. The recent K2 updates made the start menu actually nice, as in you can set it to just show you all your programs and pins like it did on Win10, so the biggest pain point of that got fixed.
I'm apparently lucky because all I do is install, remove the bloat, then use winutil and it all just werks for me I don't have the issues most people complain about Sure there's probably some privacy stuff I'm missing but no hardware or software is "private" in modernity
