trying to theme my windows 10 into longhorn was a huge pain in the ass to me, I can’t really get it that right and closer to the theme, I already have UltraUXThemePatcher installed, and the theme doesn’t seem to change that much, actually, I tried patching it using the same UltraUXThemePatcher, and when I restarted, it went to a black screen with a cursor, which I solved it with turning the power button 3 or 5 times, and there’s no video tutorial on this theme which made it more difficult for me.

i have no idea what happened but windows 11 is significantly easier to theme than 10. really, i wonder what changed. i remember doing a ton of tinkering and then i gave up once i hit the phase of "you have to disable these features to make windows 10 look good".

maybe you can try using classic 7, it could have some presets for the longhorn theme

installed secureux and download the theme tool separately but it didn’t change anything, which is weird because High Contrast #1 and High Contrast #2 works perfectly, but not Longhorn Pearl normal theme, do I need to rename the folder that contains msstyles?

nvm, just fixed by myself, I found the issue that I only copied the "normal" folder, not "longhorn pearl"
