ACs introduce heat into your place so they run more and cost you more money. I've tested this all with near exact weather conditions across multiple dwellings.>set AC at 72Constantly running>set AC at 75Constantly running>set AC at 80>is off for most of the day>starts constantly running>turn AC completly off at the breaker>place stays between 75-76 regardless of conditions outsideACs are a necessary comfort feature but they're built and designed to cost you as much money as possible by maing your pace hotter than it should be and nobody si talking about this shit.
I really wish I could fucking type. I'm about to rip this AC out of the fucking wall because I'm tired of hearing the goddamn fucking run no matter what. I even tested this shit in winter when it was below zero out and even with the thermostat set to AC the god damn thing still fucking kicked on all the time.
AC and power companies have banded together to make sure you're not only freezing in your own dwelling but that you're paying a hefty sum for it too this is build by design with any place that comes with AC. The places without are built using lesser materials to force people to go buy an AC so they too are trapped in the cycle of AC being necessary but it running as much as possible to get money off them since if they were made properly they would hardly ever run and the companies would lose out on every sale.
>>109398110why do you have an automatic one? just turn it on when you want to
>>109398152>just turn it on when you want toI had not considered this
>>109398110The size, position, windows, construction, and larger building all contribute to how heat concentrates in a space. Your best bet is to get a thermometer and operate your a/c manually.
>>109398157:)
>>109398110I think concrete and dense population areas are a mistake. I also think it's quite niggerlicious to not take air flow into consideration when designing a building
>>109398110heat pumps dont work that way at all. they actually save power.
>>109398110this sounds like the condensator is in a extremely retarded location that heats up your place, but yeah they are going to inherently create heat get an evaporative/swamp cooler if the climate allows for it
>>109398110>"and that's why ai data centres deserve the power more than you"
I keep my shit at 77. and in the winter at 68. It's been a very hot summer so far (hottest on record afaik) but I keep blinds/curtains shut at all times.
>>109398110In my place where the temperature is hot, the AC to cool it really makes the electricity bill go up
>>109398358i feel sorry for goyim that need AC. never had one in my life. wipe some water on your forehead and thats all you need
>>109398474>what is wet bulb
>>109398474>wateryou mean the stuff that's in the toilet? lmao.
>>109398481irrelevant. wipe some water on your forehead and then do it again when it dries up
>>109398343Im kindof a 70 degrees year around guy. Though my system is 18 years old and it doesnt do great removing humidty. When I get it replaced soon and can keep the humidity around 45%, Ill probably run a wide delta between heat and cool
AC is great. i get to sleep under the covers during the summer and its the best feeling ever.
>>109398110did you get a portable one and forgot to hook up the hose? lol
I have a heat pump AND live in a super nice area, I barely have to run any climate control at all and frequently have my windows open from April to October without ever closing them. Why don't you just live in a nice area and save a lot of money lol?
>>109398110I live where it’s 118 degrees outside. My house is 76 degrees. Fuck the fuck off fucktard.
>>109398549my ac costs like $20/month to run. im concerned your 'nice area' may not actually be all that nice....
>>109398633It's much nicer to have my windows open than it is to have climate control running, and in the winter I can use the heat pump and the aux heat barely ever kicks on. So it's very nice. I can often open my windows during the day and not even lose much heat mass even in the winter. It's perfect, not just nice.
>>109398121retard
>>109398110Central AC is a huge waste of space and money. Separate ACs for every room and a remote with a myriad of settings is the way to go. Saves a ton when you need to repair or clean one as well.
>>109398830>huge waste of spaceSingle story it goes in the roof bro no wasted space.
>>109398110>t. europoor making up bullshit
>>109398110So put the majority of the heat generation outside. You've invented a minisplit.
I live in a black neighborhood in a duplex bungalow built in the 1940s and I have central AC.The United States of America is very hot compared to Europe. out of the last 5 weeks, 3 of them have been in the 90's (over 32 celcius) and I'm not even in the south, I'm in the midwest.Euroniggers don't understand what we go through.Thank God I wasn't born 100 years ago. My acnestors were out farming in this shit.
>>109398506Not gonna stop me sweating from everywhere else on my body.
>>109399172Euros just dont get it. Even what they experienced during the World Cup is deceiving becuase it wasnt even actually hot yet. Before AC people in the south and midwest used to sleep on their front porches in the summer because it was too hot to sleep inside. People didnt even really live in places like Arizona or Nevada because it gets so hot there its nearly uninhabitable. Any development and population growth of those areas was after AC became available.
>>109398110You're a fucking idiot.
>>109398110Schizo rambling the post.Look up what a heat pump actually does. In fact a certain effeminate autist has done hours of videos obsessing on this.
>>109399333>People didnt even really live in places like Arizona or Nevada because it gets so hot there its nearly uninhabitable. Any development and population growth of those areas was after AC became available.Would have been better if they still didn't to be honest.
>>109398121>>109398151>>109398110You are the biggest fucking retarded faggot. I hope you never have kids.
I'm in Europe and I use AC for a month each year. What I do is I turn it on, let it run for 30 minutes, then I shut it off. Even in heat approaching 40C my room is now nice and cozy for 2-3 hours.
just dont use it?
>>109398110>>turn AC completly off at the breakerWhy not just unplug it?
its 62 outside right now and thats just right for a hot summer night.
>>109398110one of the most retarded OPs in a good fucking long while holy shit lul
