Grayscale is an example of tech that's great, but nobody uses. I do use it all the time, wow is it nice. It makes webpages nice like a newspaper.

Another one is keyboard layouts. You can print out a cheat sheet, and also your osk can show it. You can even use it on your phone, for extra practice.

I tried using this or blue light filters at night until I realized they don't core and it's all placebo and it's retarded, the best thing you can do is to lower the brightness of your screen

It works, but you're not consistent, but grayscale isn't related to sleep. It's related to rebalancing attention.

We're a lot like an llm.

we gotta control our inputs, otherwise we wind up wasting time, confused, and doing things we don't want to do. 99% of our thoughts should relate to thinking about thinking.

I believe NASA does, when one of their space probes takes a photo. I think it was because of the larger contrast range or whatever you want to call it. Same with the cameras in Valve's upcoming VR headset, it gives them great clarity in low light environments.

blue filters work, you'll fall asleep faster, but you still
1. have to notice you're sleepy
2. get off the computer
