How bad can filled computer storage be?
I just booted up my PC and it took windows like 2 minutes to show anything. (it was a black screen, but the cursor was showing and I could open up task manager.)

almost none of the programs are made to gracefully handle out of storage space and out of memory conditions.
so you're going to have fun with unexpected behavior and crashes.

that depends. for some SSD it's worse than others

however consider that even a not full windows installation can slow down quite ridiculously over time (services updates and other shit). i have a pretty good machine and it's slow even without any detected viruses etc.

this literally didn't happen as much for xp even though that damn OS DID basically block on various services, and it also never happened on Linux anything like that.
