Got to the breaking point of tiredness last year. Been slowly self-hosting everything I can feasibly replace. No windows, no google maps, no photos, etc. Next phone will hopefully be one of the graphene phones motorola is supposedly making.

Google search? Literally anything else, yandex, duckduckgo, brave search, metager, doesnt really matter as long as it's not google directly.
Youtube? Invidious.
Google drive? Mega I guess, IDK, never been into "cloud" storage.
Backups? Vorta/Borg on linux, Duplicati on windows.
Any other google service is entirely pointless.
