I used ChatGPT to "optimize" a legal document and now I'm being sued and being sent court even after telling the LLM to make sure I don't get in any legal trouble in regards to it.

What do you mean by "optimize"? Remove totally unnecessary sections like which state's laws apply and whether the clauses are severable or not? Delete all those pesky explicit conditions? Forget to disallow the death penalty if you're found in breach?
