I had the same, my entire data was deleted, like two weeks ago.It's quite impressive how fast the firefox, an already shit software, is getting worse

It's quite easy once you know how.>find the profiles.ini file in C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\>Open it with notepad>Replace replace the first and third profile names with the profile you originally had (you can still find its name and data in the Profiles folder in that same Firefox folder I mentioned earlier).I'm referring to the one right under [Install****] and then the one under [Profile0], you can ignore [Profile1], replace those and your old profile should be restored along with bookmarks and history.I've only had this happen to me after BSODs, never after updates. I'm not trying to defend Firefox, it's shitty that this happens, but it's easy to fix. Subprofiles (which are the regular multiple profiles in Firefox, very confusing that they use the same name for both) should be restored as well as they are tied to the main profile, but I don't really use them so I can't say for sure.

I swear Firefox has the most "wow it's bad!" threads on /g/ out of all software. Haven't had an issue in like 15 years so I'm thinking either gigantic skill issue or paid anti.
this is an extremely common issue and it happens with all browsers. you have to download plugins. i use tab session manager so i can keep all of my tabs for example. if i lost them i might anonymous hero no joke.
