With the internet dying to third worlders, AI and big services/social media always getting worse. I've come to the conclusion that the answer is to move to protocols (e-mail, IRC, FTP, SoulSeek).I also heard that there's more activity in usenet, seems like a great alternative to social media so I set up an eternal-september account. But most of the groups are either full of incoherent spam or dead. I'm wondering what are some active usenet groups? Preferably where I'm not interacting primarily with boomers.
