What kind of progress bar is the best?
I like the Vista animations
I don't quite understand what's going on in the flat shit version. All other bars are fine and are fairly comfy.
>>109427909the one that plots a graph obviously
>>109428426this
>>109428469It's graphing out the speed of reading/writing. It's fucking retarded and a waste of resources.
>>109427909
>>109427909newest one since it looks the best and also shows information about write speed.
>>109428511although the vista one looks pretty fresh, too.
>>109428469you're not very smart if that confuses you>>109428486which resources do you think are being wasted there exactly?
>>109427909vista has more soul
Classic and XP makes me believe tangible work is being done in a solid and orderly manner. Aero and whatever the fuck that other one is called are just slop being moved in the most wasteful and idiotic way while a few flags light up at MS Headquarters warning some Indian PM that my porn folder found a new home.
>>109428658ok, zoomer. I remember win XP telling me about how many years it would supposedly take to copy something. didn't feel very solid and orderly.
>>109427909I am ok with all of them except the vista look. Just don't like it. Also the graph is nice but classic windows bar is just more comfy
>>109428736Not my problem you are a cursed creature. Worked for me.
pacman with ILoveCandy
>>109427909I think XP had it the best with the papers flying from one file to another, but windows 7 is just home to me.
>>109427909the xp one with the file the fly overso comfy, i wish we could go back to comfier times...
Last one looks kino
>>109427909from style I'd say Windows 7 from information of course Win10/11
>>109428486You can click "fewer details" and it will hide it. The graph view isn't even the default, it's an optional toggle.
>>109429930I unironically miss aeroI wish I can see windows try it again with hires monitors and high framerates.
>>109428486You're the same retard that disabled hardware compositing because it "felt" faster, aren't you?
>>109427909Civilization peaked with Windows 2000
>>109433533I like this one because it reinforces the uninportance of micromanaging things. The task will eventually finish. Great, put it aside and do something else.
>>109427909the kind where people spend their calories on designing and implementing better algorithms that prevent me from staring at a progress bar
