In an ideal world I'd be able to use Linux for everything, but macOS is currently the only alternative to Windows that's seamlessly compatible with the pro apps I use.

But yeah it's still {{{UNIX}}}.This one of those places where slopix design comes into place. "the program has to do one job and do it well" i.e make a graphical version of "ls" anything more isn't 'one job'.
