My problem is that for a long time (about 14 years), I haven't needed a new phone and have been using my Samsung Wave II. However, a few years ago, I realized it's no longer a viable option for phone calls, MMS, browsing the internet, and checking maps. As someone who is tech-savvy, I somehow missed the smartphone craze and am not really up to speed on what to look for when choosing one. Could you guys recommend something based on my needs? My budget is around $800, but I prefer the most cost-effective device, so cheaper options would also be appreciated.I'm looking for something that offers:- a complete replacement for my wave II (obviously)- mid to large display for checking the internet/maps- ease of use when browsing YT or other social shit- good app "compatibility"?
