I don't like Apple. Never had one of their products and never will. But this particular thing is happening because he doesn't properly outline his hand, leaves a bit of finger uncovered, and the inpainting extends from that to this weird hand-like mass that makes no sense. Look how much clearance he gives the S26, then with the iPhone he doesn't even properly mask the tips of his fingers. That's just how inpainting works.
