the iPhone 17 still doesn't entice me even though my iPhone 13 mini is 5 years old, at 68% battery health and overheats while using mobile data

What does tech enthusiast mean? the smartphone form factor is useless for anything outside of consumption, and even then its most optimized media is vertical short form content and not 16:9 video stretched or with black bars on their 21.5:9 screen.
Why would i bother with Android if i want the least amount of bloat & spyware??
