Why do people still run outdated windows? Is Windows XP and Windows 7 that good??

Since the software actually responsible for the computer's operation still runs on the old operating system installed on the machine, I do not need to install a new version or replace it with one from another vendor.

Didnt like xp, didnt like windows 7, used linux for a while between 2010 and 2013, windows 8.1 was good, windows 10 got better with 2021 but had memory leaks in earlier versions
