the internet has become so lazy. instead of making websites people just make a Twitter or subreddit or something. 90% traffic is on 5 sites.
>>109450514Make something yourself then lazybones.
>>109450514(You) guys had it so good, I WISH I was older back then and someone showed me 4chan. I'm so fucking tired, I came to this site, because I thought this is mainly human made content and even /g/ is full of AI, even the "memes". You guys had it so good, sharing cool memes, learning GIMP, talking about Windows, Games, sharing news, tips and tricks. I hate that Forums are dead. I want to experience the old web so bad. I wish I could go back in time, post my PS2 or something, share my shitty PC and some weird phones with physical buttons. The only thing that would piss me off, is that Gnu/Linux wasn't full there back then, but I guess that wasn't a huge problem, because XP and 7 were goated.I grew up with smartphones, but I unironically feel like smartphones killed the internet. Most of the older people didn't even use social media. They just didn't know about most stuff and now the internet is overloaded.
>>109450514Nah people have come way too poor to make their own website. the maintenance cost has gone trough the roof and with AI scraping well it's kind of done.
>>109450684>come*become
>>109450514I made a website. You can even play a retro game that I reverse engineered in your browser on it now.https://fatal.racing/
The internet is now required for many daily activities, taking away time to do creative stuff
That's what happens when you can get sued to death for having no cookie disclosure
>>109450514Interoperability should have solved this but we live in a gay corporate world
>>109450514i'm sure doom posting and not contributing will help things.
>>109450514It's very hard to get traffic to your site now. The right move is to make a site and use a Twitter etc to advertise it but people are incredibly lazy.
