I was lucky enough to get in from a recruiter reaching out to me on linked in as a mid-level engineer flagged as looking for work. (probably because i hit one of their DEI checkboxes). I still had to go through the normal interview gauntlet, but it helps tremendously if HR is on your side. Pretty lousy advice, but i guess find a way to make your linked-in profile stand out. Good luck man
