I've seen some people using Kali Linux with AI; How risky is that? If I were to try that in a VM, to look around for vulnerabilities on my own devices, would I find myself in any trouble? Could the AI patch the vulnerabilities afterwards? Which model would I even use for that? Would I need multiple models?

On Brave on iPad, I try to full screen a YouTube video it says 'your browser doesn't support full screen'. Tried everything, clearing cache etc, nothing works. Curiously I could full screen a YouTube video that was embedded on /mu/ , any ideas?

Changed view from mobile to desktop?
>>

Yes I tried both, nothing works. I think it maybe to do with the rotating getting stuck on a certain orientation somewhere and it's confused but it's going on for days and I have to use safari to do screenshots which sickens me

What does /g/ recommend for an Internet modem?

I currently use the Motorola MG8725 and i recently found out the Motorola dropped all support for its app to access the modem and removed all modems/routers from their website. Since the app does not work anymore as well as no word from Motorola if they are going to continue support for their products, my modem is basically a brick.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a modem+wifi that is the same or better than what i have? Thank you.
>>
>>109479169
I don't like gateways; Get a modem that has docsis 3.1, and then get a router that has all the features you want.
>>
>>109479169
I recommend not owning modems because DOCSIS is a loose standard. What works on one ISP's network may not be good on another. If they oblige you to buy your own modem, pick one from their recommended hardware list. They usually incentivize leasing, which I strongly recommend.

Combo units are awful for security and privacy.

Will it matter much if I have 2666Mhz rather than 3200Mhz system RAM for AI? I am using a 16GB GPU.

testing per domain split tunneling with wiresock and mullvad

Bros do they still make laptops that have the regular two buttons rather than just a big fucking touch pad? I know some/most gaming laptops do, but this is strictly for general internet browsing.

Startpage is starting to feel sus, what's the alternative? Feels like there's no trustworthy search engine these days.

I just bought an EVGA Supernova 1600 G+ from a secondhand store. It looks like it's in good condition, but it's missing the motherboard cable. Is there something in particular that I should look for in a replacement, or will pretty much any cable that says it's G+ compatible work?

So would it be possible to select a specific mullvad server from https://mullvad.net/en/servers to use on a specific domain?

Realistically how dangerous is a windows 10 machine still connected to the internet? I could give less of a shit about what happens to it locally but more care about what it could do to other devices on my network. Mainly running dodgy games/mods/patches etc that I haven't been able to get running on linux
>>
>>109481203
yes, but only with additional software
https://www.wiresock.net/
download the config files from mullvad, pic related.
for splittunneling per domain, go into the wiresock settings, import the mullvad config, then click edit and scroll down all the way, where you can add 4chan's (and cloudflare's) ip addresses.

you can check if it worked by checking your ip on a random ip checker website. this should show your mullvad vpn ip. once that is done, go check if you can post here. if you can, the split tunneling works.

whoops, i just finished my post and reread your post.
well, now you know how to splittunnel with exceptions. i checked the wiresock settings, you can set a white and/or blacklist and it can be done per mullvad server. like have a 4chan split tunnel, a multihop config and a dedicated vpn for whatever you want to use, software and/or domains.
wiresock supports multiple servers and corresponding settings.

mullvad let's you download only a few config files, though, so choose wisely

i hope i explained everything correctly

perhaps. It would be nice to use a single browser instead of two, one split tunneled (together with the mullvad extension to use a specific server)

Nothing? Windows 10 still gets security updates it's the feature updates that's been discontinued.

What device should I get so I can
>stream plex/jellyfin from my server to my TV
>stream Steam games and emulators from my PC to my TV (not high-end or online multiplayer)
I was thinking an NVIDIA shield?

For anyone using Win10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2021: did either
>chrome
or
>edge
break on their latest update? I've diddled around and it seems like it's the 64-bit installs of those browsers that break after updating to the latest version, even if they're installed on a 64-bit system; the 32-bit installs work fine.
