Have you ever noticed that all those "alternative" Sloptubers worshipped by /g/ do absolutely NOTHING to strengthen alternative platforms? Mental Outlaw, Louis Rossmann, TheHatedOne... which of them mirrors their content on Nostr or Mastodon? Who posts on PeerTube or maybe even Rumble? NO ONE. They’re all deep up Google’s ass because it’s all about the money for them. So much for being "anti-establishment."

Its the same reason why you regularly lurk and post on 4chan but not any other alt imageboards. Theres nobody there. No one is stopping you from only getting your content from rumble or peertube. If you like the creators on that platform more then stick to that. Hell you dont even have some video creator from those alt platforms you recommend, so why does it even matter to you.
