I just started going to the gym 2 weeks ago, I dont know if its placebo but I already feel substantially better. I dont know why I kept postponing it for years

I started running up hills innadesert every day instead of every other day and stopped eating 1000+ calories for a bedtime snack. I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks.

Gf wanted all of my time and i was too weak to say no, affected my sleep, hobbies and gym routine, over the years i gained 20kg, 3 month ago i told her i can't go on like that and reclaimed my time.
Lost 10kg since and getting van in shape.

We broke up a few days ago, it's still hard but i couldn't go on sacrificing my needs because she didn't know what to do with her time.

I've used computers my whole life and have almost no idea what any of this means. Are hard drives supposed to be NTFS while flash drives Fat32 or what? I remember trying to copy a large archive to a flash drive and finding out that it didn't support files of that size (it worked perfectly fine unarchived).

These are filesystems which define how data is stored at the os level. Ntfs is required for windows (which uses the nt kernel) because of its permission scheme. Fat32 is more widely compatible partly probably for licensing issues I'm not entirely sure. You can format hard drives FAT if you'd like but you run into the max single file size issues. Ntfs isn't required for hard drives. For example ext4 is the most common filesystem for Linux distros.

That makes sense, thanks. Also, apparently exFAT is just a more modern less restrictive version of FAT32.
>>

no longer a concern with exFAT, genius

Max file size 128 PB

It would help if you got out of your cave once in a while

128 PB
Is that enough for you?

I wasn't just thinking about file sizes. Maybe I phrased it poorly. But like I said initially, I know next to nothing about these things, it's the first time I've ever looked into them even a little bit.

It is just a joke?
