Once a company gets taken over by HR or Indians they stop being able of doing anything new. All they do is shut down and relaunch the same products over and over again and just like a photocopy of a photocopy you loose quality each time.

i havent used google earth in wew gotta be over a decade maybe. Is it even still good? I imagine the updates over the years probably made it a shell of its former self. Is the flight sim still in it?

>The desktop application was silently abandoned in 2013 with version 7.1, got no updates until 2017 version 7.3 released and Pro became the standard version and was now available for free.[9] Afterwards it got no updates again. As of 2026 the version is still 7.3. In June 2026 Google announced Google Earth Pro will no longer be available for download on 25 June 2027.[10][11]
So for better or for worse it's gotten like one update since i last used it and is the exact same probably.
