There is literally no one in my company that still writes code by hand. Sadly expectations also rose with bosses finding out about AI coding so now they expect 5x my output at the exact same quality. It's possible but way more intensive and with more overtime because all engineers feel they will be replaced soon.Never experienced a time as bad as this in the industry.
