Why not hire socially intelligent and attractive young girls as software engineers and fire the autistic retards?

I've seen how the "engineers" at my company work: all they are at this point is a meat proxy for the AI. They are given requirements, which they relay to the AI. If the AI has any followup questions they ask those to the client.

It's not a technical job anymore and is instead a social one. The fat nerds that traditionally had this job are not the right fit anymore.
