I have never seen anything like this, What could be the cause of this? I rarely use it, mostly for reading PDFs. i did pirate some apps on it from well known websites, but i doubt it could've gotten virus from that. Has anyone ever had similar problem? I factory resetted Wifi modem but still same shit

Poorly performing wifi radio or bad drivers doing something tricky. OLPC XO-1 would sometimes disable all the local wifi base stations in range when it was set to the ad-hoc mesh mode, they eventually removed that feature for the XO-2. Too bad because it was really advanced.

Configure your router to allocate it in a separated network.

Some of your apps have malware and are spamming your network. This is increasingly common and OSes like Android and iOS give you absolutely zero tools to deal with it.

Does it also brick your wifi even when it's close to your modem? If not, then it's probably a radio problem just like what other anon said.
If it still breaks, then try to do a factory reset on your tablet
