None of that gay multiblade or electric shit.
A safety razor and a straight razor with replaceable blades is what every man should own and use. Safety razor for a quick shave and the straight razor for a more perfect shave if you have the time and skill.
For the blades go for either Wilkinson, Personna, Astra or Gillette platinum DO NOT fall for the Feather or Russian blades they're crap that go dull just by looking at them and are pretty much guaranteed to leave a nasty rash in the lower neck areas.
Also if you decide to buy a straight razor DON'T fall the half blades meme because you pay more for less product just buy regular blades and snap them in half yourself while they're still in the paper.
Both the safety and straight razor cost 10 bucks each and you can get 100 blades (years of shaving) for 5 bucks

>>
>>109590959
I got one of these and it takes FOREVER to shave with compared to just using a disposable razer.
>>
>>109591291
>I'll look into it but I've heard epilators are painful and way worse than tweezers
They are if you put them directly on dense hair, that's why you wax first, if your hair is as thick as mine then what you need to do is wax it off, it will be painful and it won't get rid of all the hair but it will make it significantly sparser, which is where the epilator comes in, it will get rid of stray hairs that didn't get waxed and it will be a lot less painless than if you did it without waxing first.
I also use tweezers on my mustache instead of wax because it's too painful to wax there
If you're really aiming for maximum smoothness then do wax -> epilator -> shave. The only thing better than this would be laser hair removal but that's gonna take a while not to mention the cost
Also don't get whatever is in OP's pic, I tried that one and it sucks major ass, I think it's only good for shaving chest hair.
>>
>shave head and face every 3-4 days

>takes me an hour and a half and I look like I went through a meat grinder at the end
>switched to dry shaving because cream and warm water first does nothing but make the razor cut even less of my hair
>got one of those contoured skull shavers plus clippers
>neither cut 90% of my hair, always leave a ton behind so I HAVE to Bic it

I'm pushing 40 and I have yet to master this fucking nightmare of a grooming ritual

>>109591131
I'm considering this shit since disposables seem to exist just to get clogged, I go through like 10 of them each time
>>
I've given up on a clean shave. I whack it down with a guardless trimmer weekly and live with stubble most of the time. Shaving gives me ingrown hairs that I've been unable to resolve even after trying all the routines people recommend. And my skin is too sensitive to shave often enough to maintain a clean shave anyway

Get a single blade razor and do your best to shave everything in single, light passes because the more you shave the same area and the more pressure you apply the greater the chance to cut hairs underneath the skin. Always shave from top to bottom and never against the grain.
>>

personally after some experimenting, the best way is to use hair conditioner over your hair, then shave with a disposible 3 blade by gliding and not pushing down. Works really well and hard to nick yourself like this
>>
>>109591558
The sparser the hair, the less painful the epilator will be
>Or should I tweeze the long stuff first?
Epilators are better at grabbing long and thick hairs (this also depends on the quality of the epilator), generally the small or thin hairs won't be grabbed and you would need to tweeze them manually.
>>
>>109591684
also when you're done, put 2% BHA skin solution on your shaved skin daily to avoid ingrowns for at least the next 3 days

If minimizing Israel ties is a priority, Panasonic is the significantly cleaner choice. There is no documented operational, investment, or contractual relationship with Israel. Philips has deep, long-standing institutional ties there, even if they're in the healthcare sector rather than defense.

I would go with the Panasonic. https://holdings.panasonic/global/corporate/sustainability/citizenship.html

Women in marketing are generally assumed to have more disposable income, so bulk product gets dumped on them and they are encouraged to form habits that require bulk product. This reduces available supply for men without requiring a decrease in total production capacity, thus driving prices up for men who still consoom just as much product.

a few months ago i got into safety razors but i still use the oneblade for my body
its very good for anyone who doesnt mind feeling a stubble again before the day is over and doesnt want to think about shaving too much
its a talent to cut yourself with one of these
it is plenty more expensive compared to razor blades (one blade lasts about 4 months of shaving about twice a week, a 3-pack (one year) costs about 30-40eur, meanwhile you can get 100 razors for sub 10 eur which can last you like 2 years at least. i switch blades after every 4th shave since my hair is a bit coarser)

I shave every day and use Wilkinson Sword disposable razors, I change them every month.
They're the best in the market imho, I've tried Bic and Gillette and they're not as good.

But I don't try to get "baby smooth" shave since it only lasts a few hours anyway.
I only shave in the direction of the hairs, it gets you 95% there without the risk of skin irritation.

I bought a Philips electric razor many years ago and found out the hard way it's not suitable for my skin, I'd get a lot of ingrown hairs and irritation.

Its not the barbicide you have to invest in since you can clean with witch hazel(14% alchol) its the time invested into sharpening the razor's.

How do I train myself to shave daily? I use a safety razor but I only shave bimonthly at best, so it's always a lot of work.
>>
>>109596997
Wash face with water, then follow up with either bar soap or a cleanser, then you follow up with the soap. Soap forms better when the grease of the face is removed from it. I can shave with a full beard as easily as i can shave without one. More importantly prep time like described helps alot for razor blade variance. from my exp razor blades don't matter if prep is gucci.

If you don't genuinely enjoy it, then just keep shaving when you have to. Stubble is more common than clean shaven so no judgment.

I am literally using same 5 dollarshaveclub razors for the last 10 years, I think i am on the last one, one lasts for about 2 years, if you shave in the morning, skin is super soft and lets you shave without any issues as if it was a brand new razor, make sure to wipe it clean and dry so it doesnt degrade the steel

for armpits i will sometimes use electric trimmer to trim it shorter, i am a man so this is just for comfort

for the balls i use ex-gfs trimmer razor that has like 3-4mm guard above the razors, the razor does not get dull also have been using it for like 5 years, it will easily remove long hair fast leaving very clean short hair, and then ill use disposable razor to work the balls and dick for fully hairless, and asshole etc so shit doesnt get stuck

But why does that necessitate "a baby smooth skin", as opposed to one pass with any razor?
>>
>>109598038
Cause my boyfriend likes my face smooth.
>>
Anyone else gone clean shaven past 6 years?
2 factors for me:
>mustache area always has dry weird skin, maybe from some kind of annoying mold that i've had my forever
>shaving it clean keeps it at bay
And number 2:
>every soi boy loser I hate has scraggly unkempt facial hair

Go de-worm faggot.

>calls a baldie a tranny
>beard
I was talking about the hair ON TOP of my head, silly. But in terms of beard, I have no hair either. Calling it uneven would be an understatement, there is nothing there, other than some hair below the chin but I'm not going for the redditor look.

Me. I thrive in the jungle. You'll understand when you have sex.

actual tranny here
oneblade for pubes and arms
had laser for everything else. if you don't like body hair it's worth the money

If it doesn't have replaceable batteries, it's trash. Get some good batteries and it lasts a whole year. No need to charge every 2 weeks like a retard.

>baby smooth skin
razor is the only way.
closest second will be a foil electric, like an Panasonic Arc
>>
>>109591454
are you using Gillette or no?
for disposable, that's the only brand I'd bother with.
>>
oneblade is both good, and retard expensive. It's not the closest, by a lot, but it also doesn't cause razor burn.

Norelco OneBlade for a quick buzz before work, then picrel foil shaver for that baby smooth skin. Oddly satisfying seeing the mass of dead skin that collects in this thing.

I used to use a safety razor, and it is the best for that smooth shave, but it's time consuming. Fact is, some days I just need to rush to work, and I'd rather only waste 30 seconds to clean up with the OneBalde.

My balding buddy SWEARS by the Pitbull Skull Shaver if you're focusing on your head.

I've been using Astra safety razors for over a decade now and there's literally nothing else you could possibly need.
A single blade lasts until you really want to change it and 100 blades costs peanuts and lasts literally years.
I'd never use a disposable razer again.
I buy a box of picrel which also last for years.
>>
>>109594458
Because most people are retarded and fall for marketing gimmicks like multi-blade razors.
>>109595624
You're only shaving your vagina with it so it shouldn't matter.
>>
>>109599210
I've bought a stick of that Turkish soap myself out of curiosity and because it was dirty cheap, it's surprisingly nice to shave with it. Definetly less protective than artisanal soap but it costs a fraction.
As for blades I like Astra greens and Treet Platinum. I got a pack of Treet Carbon and they're fine and nice to look at with their black steel but they rust in no time.

>>109590959
I wax my face instead
>>
>>109599287
Honestly the razer holders tend to crap out faster than I go through a box of 100 blades. I couldn't imagine going back to Gillette multi-blade disposables now, they are a total meme.

what the fuck am I looking at
>>
>>109598221
i think i saw this shilled all over the internet like a year ago that it was mega precise and titanium and all was forever and used regular blades etc, how is this?

my DSC 5 blade razor on the back has a single blade, and one time out of curiosity i used that one razor to shave full face, it took longer, and it felt like it was acting as a face scrub as it was scaping skin in a satisfying way, but ive been too pussy to try this style of grandpa razor
