All the good devs gave up on Revanced and moved to Morphe now.
Google relented a bit on sideloading but will add some hoops to it (and they can arbitrarily ban it and shut it down any time they want).The plan is that sideloading will still be activatable from the developer menu, but there will be a mandatory 24 hour waiting period, in which you need to re-confirm the activation afterwards.
