Will AI be able to cure depression?
>>
>>109592408
It cured mine
>>
>>109592431
How?
>>
>>109592445
Just asking better ways to deal with anxiety, or venting off with it sometimes
>>
>>109592408
Nah it'll just validate you too much and send u down some diabolical rabbit holes or smth
>>
>>109593115
How was the AI necessary for that?
>>
>>109592408
Firstly, depression isnt real its the human condition. TV has fooled you into thinking people are happy and you're somehow missing out
>>
>>109593696
Because I couldn't do it without it?
>>
>>109593840
This, can't cure what is not real.
>>
>>109593840
>depression isnt real its the human condition
care to elaborate?
>>
>>109593903
How is that true? These are answers you could have found without the chatbot. What the fuck are you even saying?
>>
>>109593840
>>109593954
Depression isn't about not being happy
>>
>>109596117
The human condition is to do as little as possible and just barely exist, i e. Depression

A nervegear interface that lets me detach from my physical body and live inside a virtual world where I control everything would be a pretty good cure to depression for me.
In Digimon Cyber Sleuth there's a dude that "logs in" into his dream world, but then can't log out because criminals killed his body to harvest his organs.
I'd unironically be happy with that.
>>
>>109593840
Society fools you into thinking you can be happy so that you slave away for your overlords. Religion fools you into thinking that seeking an early end is somehow """bad""".
We're born and trained to be drones.

Genning images and videos have helped with mine.
New H3 model have really injected me with some dopamine.
>>
>>109592408
helped me
>>

I'm sure AI can order a rope for you but before that I'd try therapy, AI assisted therapy if necessary problem with that is you need to already know what you're doing to get the AI to work correctly and not give you pop-sci bullshit advice and input.
>>
I hope AI drives luddites to suicide though

I have to add, that depression isn't really a thing, its sadness, from being lonely/alone, or when things go against you

from the latter it works well to pick you up, it helped me huge to recycle my thoughts and channel them to being useful

as far as depression from loneliness - never going to happen you will always need a company and someone who will hear you out, you will need friends or spouse, if you have a spouse you cant be depressed really at least not for long, having family you cant get lonely
>>
>>109597727
Depression isn't the same as sadness or loneliness
>>
>>109597564
I'm not a jew and I agree with this.
