A cope method is to inpaint with reference_inset but the model doesn't think any flip flops or sandals come with only 1 toe strap so I manually painted over the second strap and applied low strength over it. I even copy and pasted the gold flower ornaments over the toe straps (it already did it on the ankle strap) and low strengthed that too.
