I think the only good Windowses were Windows 3.11 for Workgroups, and Windows 2000.

Windows 98 (despite what retards said), Windows 2000, XP SP3, 7 SP1. Everything else was dogwater.

From someone who has only used Macs or Linux since 1990 but obviously had to use Windows at school/work etc.

The only good Windows were 98SE and 2000. Everything else was inferior to the alternatives.

>Why?
Because of indians.

I hated Windows 98, there were bsods every now and then for no reason. WinMe was way more stable despite its bad reputation. Still 2000 was the best, XP was just a worse 2000. 7 is fine after you fixed the dozen of stupid default settings.

Windows sucks now because the focus is milking as much data as possible from the user.

Windows is good ama
