i am in EU
what happened to "right to repair" and removable batteries when it comes to smartphones?
how long do i have to wait?
also i think
>right to install whatever OS you want
would be far more important

>removable batteries when it comes to smartphones
loopholes granted in law ;) for example Apple is exempt because their batteries last "long enough" and the phones are waterproof

BMW & Volkswagen had an discussion with The European Commission. 'The Great Hansen' didn't want any of that.

Those rules only apply to the small European companies who can't afford to find a loophole.

Now go and by the newest iPhone. Stop asking questions.

eu goyim are so gullible that everyone wants to leave the eu now and the status quo is maintained by force
cf. all the afd politicians that died in suspicious circumstances a couple years ago

>ESLs
Would be kind of strange for Americans and Brits to have grievances about domestic EU policies.
>>
>>109598665
Would it though?

The EU is not your friend. It's for corpos and big business and eurogoys and cattle that deserve to be exploited.

i think even the socialists realized only incel neckbeards care about the issue and there are far more attention grabbing ways to mess with "big tech"

Funnily enough it's most often americans who seethe about the GDPR. That's because they worship their companies so the EU is putting restrictions on their 'gods'

iPhones are not exempt.

The waterproof part is only for device whose primary purpose is to be used under water, like diving watches.

Also there are no battery last long enough exemptions. If the battery actually stays usable for the entire lifetime of the device, then it's even better because it means you don't have to change it in the first place.

that's right, I want to leave to go live in china where the government actually punishes greedy corporations by putting their CEOs in reeducation camps, or public death sentences

Yeah, but they'll wield you into your neet-cave if you get the sniffles
