Any more examples of one incident ending a product line or company?
>>109608922android jeetware lmao
why are people like this? can't watch anything in real life without pretending it's on their phone instead
>>109609020I keep my mobile cellular device in my pocket confident with the fact that hundreds of people around me are filming it for me in case I want to revisit the occasion. They work for me and they do it for free. I'm rich.
>>109609020People like recording things to watch them later and show their loved ones in the future.
Officially their phone division was killed of because of the RAMpocalpyse. It memory dies down in the next 12 months or so I believe there is a good chance they come back but I don't have my hopes up.I have an ROG phone and I have several problems with ASUS but they are one of the last non-chinese phones with a headphone jack, ip68 rating, and more than a year of security updates promised. Funny how a phone with a jack and *two* usb-c ports us still water resistant. It was overpriced enough that I don't recommend it to friends, but it's a fine phone and I wish they stayed in the business. I had way more issues with my last pixel.

>>109608992Well, that heatware is 1000 times more usable than your locked down e-waste paperweight.Enjoy your ads.
>>109609228They retroactively lock the bootloader so good riddance.
why was his phone off to begin with?
>>109609349asus phones hard reset themselves sometimes, you could be texting and BAM reboot. and it doesn't just like shut down cleanly, no it shuts the fuck off, fuck you and everyone you love, then takes ages to start back up as Android does it's ram and storage tests to figure out why it shut itself off like that.
>>109609125wrong, it's to have proof that they existed
>>109609313>1000 times more usablelike what? by being able to have a comic sans ms font in the menu? KEK >e-wasteIm on a 2020 released model, still supported for at least the next year >Enjoy your ads what ads? like picrel with your $1900 bloated android jeetware? LMAO
>>109609046This. It's kinda pointless the have 5k camera guys, when everybody shares it online anyway and all of the videos look the same. Just let others do the work.
>>109609750Just try watching YouTube or browsing websites without seeing annoying ads. That's what I meant.Try to install third-party keyboards with onboard local speech to text support.Try installing emulators for free. I have never bought a single app from Google Play Store. Everything I have on my phone, including games emulators. Stuff like this. Everything is for free.I even installed a firewall, which prohibits applications from entering the net.And not only the application, also system services, which collect data. They're all blocked here. Can you do the same with your little brick there?Your gallery is being scanned on a regular, for wrong think Every hit of a keyboard, every gesture, you even your camera is being monitored and reported back to Apple cloud Farms.Apple devices are so locked down, it makes them completely useless and definitely not worth the money they are charging. It's a disgrace. An insult to my intelligence, really.
>>109611464>Just try watching YouTube or browsing websites without seeing annoying ads. I literally have uBlock installed lol, there is also Ghostery and AdGuard apps if necessary but I don't have them https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ublock-origin-lite/id6745342698 >Try to install third-party keyboards with onboard local speech to text support iOS has this by default https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/dictate-text-iph2c0651d2/ios there is also swiftkey with voice to text https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-swiftkey-ai-keyboard/id911813648 anyway, I've never needed that stuff personally, and I would never trust a third party keyboard on my phone, hello keyloggers >Try installing emulators for free. I have never bought a single app on my phone neither. but I don't game on my phone. I game on my PC like a normal human being. >Can you do the same with your little brick there? the thing is, iOS doesn't spy on you as much as Android. so I don't need a firewall to block outgoing connections from system apps. >Your gallery is being scanned on a regular nope. Apple kicked off EVEN CSAM scanning on local devices and enabled E2EE to iCloud servers back in 2022 which infuriated the FBI and child protecting groups. >Apple devices are so locked down, it makes them completely useless you just proved you are total clown. go back to play your shitty scam looking games on your little phone
>>109611682>chronically illformed opinionsLook what apple did to me little frog
>>109611464>Try installing emulators for freeIOS emulation is coming along quite well. You can play pretty much up to PS3 levels no problems. X86 is a fun kettle of fish but it's getting there.
