1. with an internet provider such as google fi, you can get a new IP address by turning off mobile data for about a minute and/or by walking 500 meters
2. the cookie-editor extension lets you quickly delete all cookies stored on your device by a browser
use these tips to maintain an anonymous browsing experience :)

Changing your IP address and clearing your cookies is good for bypassing IP bans, but I don't see exactly how that is supposed to help you become "anonymous".

Litearlly impossible to stay anonymous using a mobile device. Best you can do is protect content of communication but otherwise impossible.
