I've been miserable thinking about how Digital ID stuff will potentially end the Internet. I haven't properly archived everything that I wanted to yet as well which adds to the misery. I thought life was already bad enough in 2013-2019 but it genuinely doesn't stop getting worse.

For example, W3Schools has a course on lots of programming languages nowadays. Admittedly, they're pretty crappy courses, but they're still free, easily accessible and can give someone an entry-point into learning Python or C++. If they're invested, they can pirate books like you said.
