>transfer rate in Mhz
>>109635477Just count the traces maually on the board
>>109635477It's a easy calculation...
>>109635477That makes sense, if it was displayed in Ghz, the lowest GPU and memory values would be displayed as 0.2 and 0.8 Ghz, using Mhz is more readable
>>109635694It's MT/s, not fucking Mhz or Ghz.
>>109636171Mhz/Ghz is just a measure of frequency of "something", including transfers.
>NVIDIA on Linux
>>109636850it is pure suffering, yes.
>>109635477vibeslopped trash, like anything Linux these days
>>109637403It has been like that for years>>109636850Same units issue on Windows too btw
>>109636850works on my machine
>>109636171What the fuck do you think a Hz is anyway lmao.
>>109636850Never got this meme. Literally just don't be retarded. Same with passthrough.>OOOOH GUUUYSSS IT'S SOOOO SPOOOOPPYYY SCARRRYY!>literally all that's necessary is just setting a grub flag in most cases
>>109636850>NVIDIA on Linuxhaven't had any issues yet, what's the problem?
>>109636850rocking NVIDIA on Gentoo rn and no problems. Counter-Strike runs absolutely perfectly. Even when SELinux is on, it runs perfectly.in fact I have never had any NVIDIA-related problems on Linux. How do you guys manage to get problems?>>109636210>>109637529MT/s is a different unit than MHz when it comes to memory, and I see even memory manufacturers get it wrong (a RAM kit I bought had the wrong units on the package)
>>109638929>How do you guys manage to get problems? This. Doesn't matter if Nvidia or AMD, GPU or something else, some people always get problems for some reason and then think that's the de-facto situation for everyone else too. It's so annoying and they won't listen to you either if you try to help or tell them it works for you. I rarely run into any problems that aren't easily fixable.
