Joplin still sucks, it forces me use the cloud shit, instead of save as a folder/file. Importing/exporting just create another file, so I just use Zed, it have markdown view mode and isn't electron app.

It outputs the topic links and a chat overview that I put at the top of the log and then I link the log to the project folder. I've only recently started it but I really like the way everything is organized, I can easily click back to the essential parts of a convo. I do wish it weren't proprietary though. Helix notes fucking sucks.
