Looking at the rentry... it's super dated. I need to pretty much re-write it from scratch. I'm going to drop most of the "locally run" stuff, other than a note that if you have to ask how much you'll need to spend, you can't afford it. Add in a section on agentic, and the overall drift of DS to think+agentic. Add tools like the DS Harness, Claude Code, Codex.
