No, after having to ensure 10 for a few years I have switched to Win 8.1 which apperently my mobo directly supports. Really couldn't be happier, everything works fast, looks nice, compability is practically same as 7 (even got some things working that didn't work on 7)

>>109640227Maybe you did. I was playing around with linux distros in the late 90's. Dual boot back then was most easily done with a three way toggle switch to control which HDD was powered. I started taking linux as a more serious option with vista, relaxed a bit with 7, then fully committed to a main linux desktop when 8 came around. I do have a couple W10 machines the main one being due to linux not having the best game support. However that too is starting to become a thing of the past. I don't have any plans to deploy a W11 machine and will likely just build linux based gaming desktop in a few years. Hopefully steamOS will be fully flushed out for general support by then. If not, fedora just werks.
