Am I misunderstanding something or does hooking this up to a cloud-based AI platform mean that company has 100% access to your machine and all of your data with nothing stopping them from selling/abusing that data?I know this can be mitigated with local AI but it seems most people who use AI use non-local.

There is no binary data uploaded, everything that hits their API is human readable data.
