I can only gen shimmering/ghosting intensive shit with h3 and it's pissing me off, I tried everything, editing prompt, changing samplers, changing steps, resolution, everything, but nah, all that comes out is ghostly unusable shit like I'm on acid.

Well I've had the issue with the out of the box workflow as well, the issue didn't come up as an issue of overtinkering.
My local AI and Claude couldn't help either.
And it's only on videogen on h3, other workflows such as image generation work perfectly fine, I'm pulling my hair out.
