Tried increasing to 20 steps, but things fell apart with CFG 1 on the nonturbo model. CFG 4 fixed the anatomy but also changed the style. Removing the artist and series tags didn't get it back either. Ah well.

I haven't used Anima Turbo much, since it affects some artist styles. Looks like Kubo comes out better with nonturbo, for instance.

That said, nonturbo takes me ~5 mins for 20 steps at 1600x1280, and I tend to use 30. Laptop iGPU. I think Krea 2 Turbo ends up in a similar ballpark with its fewer steps but larger models.

I have decided to stop developing my advanced GemmaPrompt fork and start working on a new dedicated Minimax H3 prompt writer built from scratch.

Already has all my previous features like assigning roles for reference assets, true video continuation using tails, saving workflows, having no limit on shot count and gen time, using the official h3 prompt skill, etc. Just needs a bit more polish around http request handling for now.

I am planning on implementing:

Custom system prompts/instructions depending on which model is selected (prioritising Gemma4 31B and Qwen3.8).

A tag/checkbox system that can be used to shape the prompt in a modular way. For example, there could be a checkbox for "3D CG" which will inform the model that the video should be 3D without needing to tell it yourself in the main prompt. Could also have general options like "no music", "quiet scene", "nsfw", etc...

A way to edit specific sections of an output prompt.

A way to derive from a shot database in maybe a .txt or .md file

Never used it myself as a host actually; only ever saw anons on here default to it for whatever reason (habituation? whitelist?). I just checked and 200MB is its upper limit so probably not ideal for this purpose.

If you wanna do it "anonymously"/without sign-up, hassle-free and in one go rather than splitting up files then I'd just go with something like rootz.so or similar hosts. As mentioned, that is where cracked vidya often get uploaded to so these sites are more "resilient" (perhaps simply slower to respond) to takedown requests and the like, not that this super relevant to your use case anymore.
