I built a PC and got a 360 aio for silence, but the entire time its running, it just sounds like water running. What's a good /g/ approved air cooler? I can't take this shit, it makes me wanna get up and piss all the time.

Set the pump to 100% static, then dial it down slowly until you can't hear it anymore with your ear near the case, leave it at static at the % it still spins but is silent. I think mine is like 2500 RPM and silent.
Performance wise it makes little difference.
