I've been building Clips Kitty, an open-source AI video clipping and editing platform designed to run AI locally.

Features include:

AI clip detection & scoring
Twitch, Kick & YouTube workflows
Face/speaker tracking
Automatic captions/subtitles
Multilingual processing & AI dubbing
Local AI models through Ollama
Video editing & rendering
Long-form processing
Local HTTP API

I'm trying to make it more than just a desktop app. The local API lets developers build things around it without modifying the core application.

Ideas include Discord bots, Telegram notifications, batch processors, OBS integrations, web frontends, home-server deployments, cloud versions and other creator tools.

It's currently Alpha and I'm looking for developers to test it, find bugs, improve the code, add integrations and build things on top of it.

you should make a youtube channel and demonstrate it, look for some creative commons videos to source from and use

AI dubbing, AI Captions are pretty tough sells since so many other AI workflows are notoriously bad at this, let alone asking for 16GB of RAM and 20GB of space

at least it is open source so you know it isn't moaty enough to build a business on
