There doesn’t seem to be a distribution that continues to just be a working os. It’ll function for a few weeks or so then blow up. Windows works but that’s spyware. We really need a 3rd alternative at this point. My strong suggestion is either Debian if you’re retarded or Gentoo. Gentoo tends to stay working. It just needs a lot of handholding to get to the point of working. Once you make the jump into Gentoo, all other distributions seem less than.
