Porn is dopamine, just like every other source of dopamine, video games, food, trolling, sometimes it can be a source of pure joy, a hobby, a source of growth and self-improvement, but then it can be a drug that controls you.
More than anything else, I think AI is a reflection of who you are as a person based on the way you prompt / use it. If there was any change that it could make towards your person, it would just make your current opinions more deeply invested. So if you were mentally ill, I think it would make you more anti-social and ill at the same time. If you were more socially intelligent, you would find that the AI would give you more time to spend with your friends and family instead of doing work.
